SHIPPING COSTS FOR FINAL CUSTOMERS AND “WELL-CARE-PARTNER”

Within Germany goods which cost in excess of EUR 30 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 30 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 7.50 will be made.

Delivery generally takes 2 – 5 days.

Within the rest of the EU (European Union) goods which cost in excess of EUR 60 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 60 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 15 will be made.

Delivery will take up to 10 days depending on the consignee country.

Shipment to NON-EU countries (third countries) will be free of charge for order values of EUR 150 or over. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 150 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 30 will be made.

The delivery time to NON-EU countries (third party countries) is available on request.

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to NON-EU countries (third party countries). Further information on customs duties is available at the following:

SHIPPING COSTS FOR WHOLESALER/RETAILER

Within Germany goods which cost in excess of EUR 200 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 200 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 5 will be made.

Within the rest of the EU (European Union) goods which cost in excess of EUR 400 per order shall be delivered free of charge. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 400 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 40 will be made.

Shipment to NON-EU countries (third countries) will be free of charge for order values of EUR 2500 or over. If the order value of the goods is less than EUR 2500 a flat rate delivery charge of EUR 99 will be made.

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to NON-EU countries (third countries).
