Matcha Latte

Matcha Latte

  • 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) Matcha
  • 50 ml hot water 80°C
  • 200 ml steamed milk or vanilla soymilk

Place 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) of Matcha into a bowl.

Pour 50 ml of hot water into the bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk.

Add 200 ml of steamed milk and serve with sugar or honey.

Substitute milk with skim, soy or rice milk if preferred.

For a cool Matcha treat, enjoy a Matcha iced latte by substituting cold milk for hot and adding ice.
